Meet Our Team!
Our team brings years of experience in corporate training and education and working with deaf and hard-of-hearing adults to H.E.A.R. Me Out. We offer the expertise and first-hand perspective you won’t find anywhere else.
After facing employment difficulties in light of his hearing loss, Darnell created H.E.A.R. Me Out as a solution to the challenges that many deaf and hard-of-hearing adults encounter. He observed that many businesses lacked a practical understanding of how to communicate and interact with hearing impaired customers or employees and set out to change that through H.E.A.R. Me Out.
Darnell’s role is leading the organization to develop tools and resources to assist adults with hearing loss. He no longer wants people who are deaf or hard of hearing to feel forgotten or unheard, and strives to make H.E.A.R. Me Out their instrument to speak out.
